We are committed to creating beautiful events, exceptional food, and memorable experiences. By booking with Bite & Bloom, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after a 50% non-refundable deposit has been received.

Your event date will be reserved only once the deposit has been paid.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery and before the event setup begins.

Services may not begin until full payment has been received.

Guest Count

The final guest count must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event.

This final number will be used for food preparation and billing.

Changes to Your Order

We understand that plans may change.

Reasonable changes may be accommodated depending on availability. Significant changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

The booking deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your event date and covers preparation, scheduling, and purchasing.

If you need to reschedule your event, we will gladly do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

Delivery

Complimentary delivery is available for eligible delivery orders within Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam.

Delivery to all other locations is available for an additional fee based on the event location.

For bookings that include event styling, décor setup, or full-service event setup, delivery and transportation of all catering items, décor, and equipment are included at no additional delivery charge.

Rental Items & Decorations

All rental equipment, serving platters, grazing table stands, display pieces, décor items, table styling accessories, glassware, serving utensils, and other reusable materials remain the property of Bite & Bloom.

Clients are responsible for any rental items that are:

Lost
Broken
Damaged
Stained beyond normal cleaning

Replacement or repair costs will be charged accordingly.

For selected rental items, Bite & Bloom may require a refundable security deposit, which will be returned after all rental items have been collected and inspected.

Event Setup

Please ensure the event area is clean, accessible, and ready before our scheduled arrival.

Unexpected delays caused by venue restrictions or client-related circumstances may affect setup times.

Food Safety

All food is freshly prepared following recognized food safety standards.

For the best quality and food safety, we recommend consuming all food on the day of your event.

Bite & Bloom is not responsible for food that has been left unrefrigerated or improperly stored after delivery or setup.

Dietary Requirements

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements before confirming your order.

We proudly offer halal, vegetarian, seafood, BBQ, and fully customized menu options.

Although we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Leftover Food

Unless otherwise agreed, any remaining food will be left with the client at the conclusion of the event.

Photography

Bite & Bloom may photograph food displays, grazing tables, décor, and event setups for use on our website and social media.

If you prefer your event not to be photographed, please notify us before your event.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed with a deposit.

Once your booking has been confirmed, your quoted price will be honored unless additional services or products are requested.

Right to Refuse Service

Bite & Bloom reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations that may compromise the safety of our staff or the integrity of our services.

Force Majeure

Bite & Bloom shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or other unforeseen events.
